ABOUT OUR AGENCYI opened my agency on March1, 2024, but my path into insurance started much earlier. I was licensed at 24 in Life and Health doing B2B (business to business) sales. After experiencing insurance in that light, I knew that I wanted more. So, I started looking into the agency programs through multiple different companies. State Farm was and still is the best place to own an insurance agency and have a thriving team. Shortly after leaving the B2B sales, I started on the Aspirant program with an Agent and Mentor in Idaho to one day open my own Agency. I worked for him, being fully licensed and honing my craft, for 3 and a half years. During that time, I scouted out many different opportunities available and found Powell, Wyoming to be my favorite. What an excellent choice my wife and I made. I have found that my true passion is cultivating and creating a team that educates people on how to protect their income and assets they have worked so hard to build. Culture and team dynamics are extremely important to me, so I work hard to ensure that we have a fun and functional team that reaches for more and wants to grow the business and themselves.
I am originally from Southeast Idaho, and my wife is from Sao Paulo, Brazil. We have been residents of Powell since 2023. My wife Dayane and I have two sons, Kyro (4) and Zarek (5 months). Outside of work we enjoy being together as a family, camping, hiking, and visiting new places. I enjoy making things with my hands and have a fun hobby creating small pieces of art that have been collected in 14 different countries across the world.
Giving back is a big part of who we are - As an office, we support several local causes, including Sponsoring the Powell Rec Center, helping businesses understand important benefits for their employees, giving back to local business owners with our team events and outings, supporting the Run For Berry, the Park County Fair, our local drive-in, Northwest College, the Powell Pioneers, and many more local organizations and projects.
Our office is a high-performing, growth-minded team that holds a lot of pride in taking exceptional care of customers while having a lot of fun along the way. Team members enjoy national holidays off, heavily reduced hours between Christmas and New Year, birthdays off, PTO that grows with tenure, substantial year-round cash bonuses, licensing and CE reimbursement, and professional training. We also hold an annual Office Olympics in which our team competes in various mini sports and fun activities to gain quarterly and yearly prizes. We want to have fun at work, so we do.
Salary range does not include added benefits such as 401(k) matching, supplemental health benefits, life insurance, signing bonus, company activities, etc.
Compensation $41,600.00 - $60,000.00 per year
